Do you testify in court?

My role is typically behind the scenes, providing analysis and reports for the attorney’s use. If needed, I can serve as a fact witness to what I’ve observed in a Defense Medical Exam (DME), but I am not acting as an expert witness. If expert nursing testimony is required, I will help you find a qualified nurse to testify.

Can you work with attorneys outside of your state?

Yes. I work remotely with attorneys nationwide, providing electronic delivery of reports, chronologies, and analyses. My Pacific Time availability is adjusted as needed to accommodate different time zones.
